[摘要]本文中为微型纯电动汽车选定了轮毂电机驱动方式,并研究其构型和参数设计。首先构建了由整车 控制器、电机控制器和电池管理系统组成的分布式控制系统以及能量回馈制动与液压制动协调配合的并联复合制动系统。然后进行关键部件的参数设计,先确定整车目标性能参数,再根据车辆动力学计算与Matlab/Simulink仿真结果,确定轮毂电机和动力电池的性能参数并进行选型。最后通过仿真与整车试验验证整车性能满足设计指标。

System Configuration and Key ParametersDesign of a Micro Electric Vehicle
[ Abstract]In this paper an in-wheel motor drive is chosen for a microelectric vehicle with its system configuration and key parameters designinvestigated. Firstly a distributedcontrol system consisting of vehicle control unit,motor control units andbattery management system and a parallel compound braking system coordinatelymatching the energy feedback braking with hydraulic braking are configured.Then the parameters of key components are designed. Based on the objectiveperformance parameters of vehicle defined, the parameters of in-wheel motorsand power battery are determined according to the results of vehicle dynamiccalculation and Matlab/Simulink simulation. Finally the simulation and vehicletest verify that the vehicle performance meets the design indicators.
